Every Ink Notebooks product is made in our own licensed, ISO-certified production unit at 266, GT Road, Liluah, Howrah. Owning the factory is what lets us control quality, price and delivery dates for bulk buyers.
Capacity
Our unit has a monthly production capacity of more than 500 tonnes of paper. That supports large seasonal orders such as back-to-school and New Year diaries, as well as steady repeat orders from distributors and brands.
How a notebook is made at our unit
- Paper selection: paper type and GSM chosen to your specification.
- Ruling and inner printing: single line, four line, square, interleaf, plain or custom formats.
- Cover printing: your design, brand name and logo printed on the cover.
- Binding: centre-stitched, spiral/wiro, perfect bound or case bound, as required.
- Cutting and finishing: trimmed to the final size with clean edges.
- Quality check and packing: batch inspection, then packing in bundles or cartons for domestic dispatch or export.

Location and logistics
The unit sits on GT Road in Liluah, Howrah, close to Kolkata. From here, goods move by road to Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, the Northeast and the rest of India, and through Kolkata port for export orders.
