Bulk buyers need every notebook in an order to match the approved sample. Our licensed, ISO-certified production unit in Howrah follows a defined quality process from paper to packing.

Our quality checkpoints

1. Incoming paper: GSM, brightness and finish checked against the order specification.
2. Ruling and printing: line spacing, alignment and colour checked against the approved sample.
3. Page count: verified so every notebook carries the promised number of pages.
4. Binding strength: stitches, spirals and glue checked so pages don’t loosen in use.
5. Cutting and finish: size tolerance and clean edges.
6. Packing: correct counts per bundle or carton, labelled for your warehouse or market.

Sample approval

Before full production, we share the cover artwork and a sample for your approval. Bulk production follows the approved sample, so there are no surprises when the goods arrive.
